Returns Period
You may return any unwanted items within:
• 14 days from the date your order is delivered for UAE-based orders.
• 21 days from the date your order is delivered for international orders.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned in unworn/unused condition, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process a refund. All returned items are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Customised or discounted items cannot be returned.


Return & Exchange Process
We currently do not offer free returns, and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please ensure you obtain proof of postage from your chosen courier to track your return. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Tashani Trading LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
If an exchange is preferred instead of a refund, please indicate this when contacting our support team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Important Notes:
• Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used to place the order.
• If your return is lost in transit and you cannot provide proof of postage or a valid tracking number, we will not be able to process a refund. However, if a valid postage receipt or tracking number is provided, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution.


Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@tashani.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws.
For defective or incorrect items, we will provide tracking information for any replacement item sent to you.


Refund Processing
Refunds are initiated as soon as your return has been processed by our team, and you will be notified via email once this occurs. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account will depend on your bank or payment provider.


Combining Multiple Returns
Each return request is processed separately. If you are returning multiple items from different orders, please package them separately to avoid delays in processing.
If items are combined into one return without prior approval, this may slow down the refund process.


Tracking Your Return & Replacement Shipments
Customers are encouraged to track their return shipments to ensure successful delivery to Tashani Trading LLC. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
For any replacement or exchanged items shipped back to the customer, we will provide tracking details so you can monitor the delivery.
